POSITION OVERVIEW
Morehouse Parish School District is seeking a knowledgeable and student-centered Middle School Social Studies Teacher to support academic excellence at Bastrop High School, a Title I campus dedicated to equity and student growth. The ideal candidate will deliver standards-aligned, inquiry-based instruction that promotes critical thinking, historical analysis, and civic engagement while building strong literacy connections within the social studies classroom.

: Full-Time 9-Month Contract
Salary: In accordance with the MPSD Teacher Pay Scale and applicable state guidelines
